General
Yes, the appropriate daily admission fee will apply. For ages 17 & under: A parent/guardian must sign the Waiver, Rules & Etiquette Form prior to the first visit. Forms are valid for one year.

No. Membership rates and fees are based on Community Unit School District #303 resident boundaries. Nonresidents have an alternative fee.
A membership allows access to all amenities at any time. A daily admission fee will be charged to nonmembers to use NRC.

- Group Fitness Classes – Ages 12+
- Fitness Center – Ages 12+
- Minigym – All Ages (Ages 0-10 must have supervision of a person, age 18+.)
- Child Care – Ages 6 months to 11 years old

No. NRC memberships are all-inclusive.

Guest passes are distributed at the time of a membership sale.
The park district and school district have an intergovernmental agreement. At the time of inception, both agencies agreed to use the school district boundaries to define resident status.
Yes. The parking lot directly in front of the entrance as well as any spaces marked with white lines in the parking lot to the North.
No. Lockers are available for daily use only. Locks will be cut off if left on overnight.
Yes. There are equipment wipe dispensers throughout the facility. Please wipe down equipment before and after use.

An adjustment form needs to be completed in person and submitted with 30 days’ notice to the Membership Services Supervisor. Adjustment forms can be received at Guest Services.
Updated payment information can be brought to Guest Services. Payment method will be updated at that time.
Yes. Please speak to a Membership Service Associate for more information.
Yes. The difference between the memberships will either be refunded or charged.
An adjustment form will need to be completed to cancel your membership. A refund will be processed, if applicable.
Yes. A membership can be placed on hold for a minimum of 1 month up to 4 months with completion of an adjustment form.
You can place your membership on hold, cancel your membership or contact the Membership Services Supervisor to discuss other options.
Yes, but can be cancelled with a 30 days’ notice.

During the complimentary consultation, a Health & Wellness Coach will assist you with your individual needs.
Yes. Norris offers 1-on-1 coaching with a Health & Wellness Coach at an additional fee. For more information: click here
Space is limited to 10 participants in a cycle class and is first come first serve.

Child Care
Reservations are not required.
Food is prohibited in Child Care due to the allergy policy.
No. A Child Care attendant will come get you if your child is in need of changing.
Child Care attendants will allow children to cry up to 15 minutes while trying to soothe them. If your child does not calm down, a Child Care attendant will come get you.
No. Toys are not permitted in Child Care due to the safety policy.
Children have access to several toys, TV/videos, games and exercise activities. Your child will play with other children and/or the Child Care attendants.

Yes, with adult, child and infant certifications.
Tennis
$18 per court per hour. NRC membership benefit includes Free Court time at scheduled times.
No. A can of tennis balls may be purchased for $3 at Guest Services.
Yes. Northern Illinois Traveling Tennis League (women only) and USTA.
No. Court and daily fees will apply.
Yes. $10 rental per hour.
Aquatics
Air and pool temperature are set around 80 degrees.
